Meet the Senior Management Team
Nicola Hall – Managing Director
An entrepreneur, and experienced Managing Director with over 30 years’ experience in the healthcare, medical devices industry and IT. Nicola has worked both in a number of global IT companies, and small start-ups and brings perspective from both types of organisation. Nicola is an extremely focused, and an exceptional man-manger with a keen understanding of technology, vision and prior hands on experience of the end to end process for successful IT projects.
Nicola is a well-known face in the sector, and has been closely involved with inventory management in the healthcare industry for many years. Such experience has been brought together here to create a leading inventory management solutions provider, combined with a dedicated team.
David Ford – Founder and Director
With more than 20 years’ experience in the global medical device industry, David is an experienced international board executive and entrepreneur who is active in developing new healthcare focused businesses.
Previously responsible for the worldwide healthcare and testing activity for the British Standards Institution (BSI), David was also the custodian of the world-recognised ‘Kitemark’.
Over the years David has also supported governments on policy formation for medical devices and their associated therapies. He has also represented the UK at the World Health Organization, the FDA and the European Commission in developing policy and regulations for medical devices.
At Ingenica David brings all that expertise to the business, focusing on managing strategic partnerships, interpretation of government policy & direction and specifically is heading up our team for the development of data-capture hardware.
Adrian Bradshaw – General Manager
Adrian has more than 20 years’ experience in the healthcare sector specialising in supply chain and inventory management. He has an impressive supply chain background, both academically achieving industry-recognised qualifications, and as a result of his extensive public sector and commercial sector experience.
Over the years Adrian has focussed on various purchasing and supply management roles, within the NHS and in a commercial setting. He has led a number of successful stock management IT system implementations along with health sector procurement, supply chain and service improvement projects. This has enabled Adrian to develop a 360 degree view of procurement, and further strengthens Ingenica’s unmatched understanding of the sector.
James Marchbank – Finance Director
James has more than 15 years’ experience within Technology related organisations across a range of senior commercial finance and controllership roles. He has worked within large listed organisations (Equinix, Tech Data, Thomas Cook) but also has extensive hands-on experience supporting high-growth SME’s (IXEurope, Snell).
At Ingencia Solutions James has assumed responsibility for the financial and accounting operations of the business, providing regular financial analysis and reporting for the senior management team, the Board & shareholders. James also supports the operational teams with pricing and commercial structuring of tenders and is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Sue Kellaway – Human Resources & Talent Manager
Our business is our people, and Ingenica has a very strong team. Sue ensures that we attract the best talent who share our values, vision and ethos; she is responsible for hiring, training and retaining the right people to join our cohesive unit.
