Nicola Hall and David Ford, founders of Ingenica Solutions, welcome Dr Damien Marmion as CEO to the senior executive team, to lead the business through to the next phase of growth.
Ingenica Solutions has already grown markedly, expanding its substantial footprint in the healthcare market to secure a dominant position as the leading inventory management solution provider to the NHS.
Dr Damien Marmion brings a wealth of experience in scaling fast growing businesses, and has a strong, highly-established background in healthcare spanning more than 25 years. Most recently Damien held the role of CEO at AXA Health Global Business Line and was previously the CEO at BUPA’s UK health insurance business, including international experience across Hong Kong, India and Singapore.
Ingenica’s rapid growth has been driven through the excellent results and ROIs obtained by its clients, which sets it apart from other offerings in the market. It is also the first solution in the UK to achieve GS1 certification for inventory management.
Founder Nicola Hall is moving to the role of chief operating officer, specifically to stay closer to the day-to-day business, customers and market within the UK.
