The job

You will be based in our offices, although you will be required to travel to customer site when required. As a core resource, you will be required to provide consultancy and implementation services, training and support to clients and prospective clients. Your key responsibilities will involve functional analysis, gap fit training, set up, configuration and writing specifications for implementation and business change with our Healthcare Vertical Atticus and Dynamics NAV. It is expected that the Consultant will possess deep knowledge of one or more Dynamics NAV modules and have significant knowledge around Trade and Logistics, Inventory, Supply Chain and Procurement Management.

Key responsibilities

• Business analysis and process re-design.
• Ability to analyse client requirements and objectives to determine how Atticus and Dynamics NAV can best meet client’s requirements and objectives.
• To provide implementation services for Dynamics NAV and Atticus.
• To provide advisory consulting, hands on assistance, and support on project related tasks necessary to successfully complete client implementations.
• Manage process and system testing.
• Create documentation in line with Ingenica procedures, processes and operational frameworks
• Perform key-user team and end-user team training.
• Assist in developing and enhancing processes within the Ingenica project framework.Ideally, we are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years’ experience with Dynamics NAV with hands on experience with configuration of Dynamics NAV Inventory, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Vendor Procurement and Purchase Requisition functionality. Plus, experience in the analysis, scoping and project management experience too.
• We need a skilled, bright, self- starter, organised deadline orientated individual who can work independently and as part of a close team. An individual who is prepared to “roll up their sleeves” and help in all aspects of a small business, and grow with the organisation as it develops. A positive outlook and a sense of humour combined with an eye for detail and good communication skills.
