Our team is celebrating another big achievement: We have been awarded winner of the ‘Sourcing and Procurement’ category in the Supply Chain Excellence Awards 2019 for our joint entry with The Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust.
Our joint entry demonstrates how Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust is driving change by the adoption of new, innovative supply chain processes through the implementation of Ingenica Solutions 360 IM.
The glittering award ceremony was held at the Park Lane Hilton in London and celebrated the achievements of those in the industry, with our team being presented the award by comedian and impressionist Rory Bremner.
The win followed a rigorous judging process which saw our team presenting the project in person to the judging panel, who questioned and challenged why the project should win.
Ingenica Solutions and Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust beat off strong competition from NHS England, and CEMEX. Nicola Hall, chief operating officer said, “It is a very special achievement for all of us involved. Ingenica Solutions and Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust have put an enormous amount of time and effort into ensuring the project is a success, and we are now part of the exclusive club of winners in the Supply Chain Excellence Awards; Congratulations team!”
