Congratulations to our team today as Ingenica Solutions is awarded winner status for the GO Best Service Award, micro and small businesses. Our entry, which highlighted our successful project with Taunton and Somerset NHS Foundation Trust, scooped the winning accolade at the UK National Government Opportunities Excellence in Public Procurement Awards 2019/20.
The awards celebrated procurement excellence of both suppliers to, and buyers for the public sector, and provided insight into best practice across the sector. More than 500 guests from across the UK public procurement community attended the award ceremony.
The GO Best Service Award recognised the critical part that Ingenica Solutions plays in ensuring end-user expectations are met, or exceeded, while paying heed to issues such as efficiency and sustainability. It also recognised the innovation in product and service delivery, engagement with end users, and the positive impact of the service provided to Taunton and Somerset NHS Foundation Trust.
